INFORMATION

Prairie Wind Music Festival is for everyone, so we want to make sure everyone feels welcome. Below is a list of health and safety services, general facilities, and accessibility that is offered.

Ground Information

Aerial fest grounds

To enter the grounds you must go past the rink located at 149 Cypress Ave in Cypress River MB, shown above as the start of the Black Line at Cypress Ave.  If you are not camping, you can park in the parking lot there shaded in brown above. If you are camping, or need handicap parking, you can drive straight through this parking lot, and following the black line above, turn west after the Rink.

If you have been to the festival before, you will be expecting gate volunteers to greet you just off of the North West corner of the rink, but we will NOT have anyone working there this year. You can proceed through these gates directly into the Handicap parking (to your west, in Blue above), or head North to the camping (Red).

Entry into the festival grounds (Green) is shown in the top left corner of the map above, and this is where you will get your wristband or purchase tickets if you have not already.

Camping

Camping Gate Open: 3:00 PM Friday, June 5, 2026

Camping is shown in Red above.  There are no assigned campsites.  When finding a place to camp, please leave emergency access lanes similar to the red lines shown above.  As long as you don't block anyone in, we will be fine.  Last year everyone did a great job at laying themselves out in an organized way.  If you have any questions at all, you can pull your camper off to the side and talk to the volunteers working the main Festival gate, at the North East corner of the Festival Grounds (green).

We do allow generators as long as they aren't bothering your neighbours.  So to aid with that we ask that those with Generators setup towards the outside of the camping area, along the trees, so they can locate the generator between your camper and trees.  We also ask that you only bring in quiet generator's.  The camping is directly open to the festival grounds, so please be mindful of that.

If you do not have a camping pass but need one, please just purchase one from the Main Gates, where you can also purchase festival passes, or scan any passes you've already purchased to get your wristband.

Camping opens at 3:00P.M. on Friday.  The music will start at 7:00P.M. so we encourage you to show up early to beat the rush and be ready for the music to begin!

There is currently a burning ban in effect, so please no fires.

We also ask everyone to clean up after themselves.  Again, if you were here last year, you did a great job of that, so thanks again!
